NSI Arnis/ Worden Defense System is offered every Thursday 7:30-8:30PM and Saturday from 10:30AM to 12:30PM

Come train in the Filipino Art of Modern Arnis, blended with Jeet Kune do, kickboxing and ground fighting tactics to gain a well rounded grasp of the defensive arts. Classes cover single and double stick work, traditional blades of the Philippines, sibat(5' staff), Impact self defense tools and empty hands.
